How to book

Booking and cancellation conditions

What you should know before booking.

  • BookingConfirmed with a payment of 50% of the total stay. The rest is paid on arrival, at reception.
  • CancellationIf you cancel or change your booking less than 5 days before arrival, there is a penalty of 50% of the booking. If you paid by credit or debit card, 5% of the total paid is withheld as a guarantee when refunding.
  • Early departureNo refunds for leaving earlier than booked.
  • HoursCheck-in from 16:00 and check-out until 12:00.
  • IncludedWiFi, private parking, sheets and towels, equipped kitchen, continental breakfast in your room, hair dryer, heating, housekeeping and gym access.
  • Hot tubsPrivate use for each guest, in the pool area. Book 3 hours in advance: CLP $40,000 for 60 minutes.
  • MassagesIn a private space, booked 4 hours in advance; they can be cancelled or changed up to 4 hours before. They are charged to your room and paid before check-out.
  • ChildrenAny age; from 3 years old they pay as adults. One child under 2 can stay in the parents’ bed. No cots or extra beds.
  • PetsIn cabins and domes, up to 2 of max. 15 kg, CLP $10,000 per night. Not in the suites.
  • House rulesNo visitors allowed. Please keep order and noise down for the rest of the other guests.
  • Foreign guestsExempt from VAT (IVA) if they pay in US dollars and show their passport and immigration card.
